1. Accuracy of Information. The claimant acknowledges that all information provided in this business claim submission is accurate, complete, and truthful. The claimant assumes full liability for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the submitted information, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BirdDawg and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from inaccurate or misleading information.

2. Authorized Representative. By submitting this form, the claimant confirms that they are a duly authorized representative of the business named in this claim and possess the full legal authority to act on behalf of that business, including entering into binding agreements with BirdDawg on the business's behalf.

3. Commitment & Payment Terms. All subscriptions require either a quarterly (3-month) or yearly (12-month) commitment. The claimant agrees to pay for the full committed term. Early cancellation does not release the obligation for remaining payments within the committed period.

4. Fraudulent Claims. Submitting a fraudulent business claim — including but not limited to claims for businesses you do not own, are not authorized to represent, or that do not exist — constitutes a material violation of BirdDawg's Terms of Service. Fraudulent submissions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban from the BirdDawg platform at BirdDawg's sole discretion, without refund of any fees paid.

5. Verification Process. BirdDawg reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any business claim through any reasonable means, including requesting additional documentation, contacting relevant business registries, or reaching out to the business directly. BirdDawg may reject any claim at its discretion if verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

6. No Guarantee of Approval. Submission of this form does not constitute approval of the business claim or guarantee of listing. BirdDawg will review each submission and notify the claimant of the decision within the stated processing window. BirdDawg reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

7. Data Use. Information submitted through this form, including PO number and business details, will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of verifying and processing this claim. BirdDawg will not sell or share this information with third parties except as required by law.
